In order to be able to run Centricity Enterprise Web succesfully, you must have installed Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 or higher.
Make sure you are running either Windows XP (with SP1 or SP2 in 32bits) or Windows 2000 SP4.
Test your Centricity Enterprise Web installation.
